Refund & Exchange Policy

The customer may seek a refund or exchange if any product proves to be wrongly delivered, or in a defective condition. However, we reserve the right not to accept any requests for a return or exchange, as it would be on a case by case basis. However, please take note that we would not be responsible for any mould/worm infestation, due to improper storage, such as the products not being stored in the fridge, or the products were stored in places under direct sunlight. Otherwise, you may bring your product down to our store within 7 days of receiving it. Please ensure that the original packaging remains intact/unopened when you bring it for the exchange or refund. There would be no refund on the delivery and customers are expected to bear any costs which may occur during the exchange/refund transaction. We only accept exchange of item with a provided evidence that product was received broken or damaged packaging.

Delivery Policy

All our products are free delivery within Malaysia. If you would like deliver to other country please email or call us. We can arrange with additional postage charges.

Once the products are out for delivery, we are unable to amend the date or address immediately. Otherwise, any changes made to the delivery date and time can be made within 24 hours before the products are sent out. We reserve the right to impose a surcharge of RM20 for any last minute changes or re-delivery.
